RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Hours Power, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help—while following fair and transparent guidelines.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only sealed, unused, and unopened products are eligible for return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items that are opened, tampered with, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
  • Refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

 

2. Return Conditions

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • The product is expired (rare, as we ship only fresh inventory).

To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging.

 

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at 📧 support@hourspower.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item (in case of damage or wrong item)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders, if eligible, a replacement will be offered instead of a refund.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we cover the shipping.
  • In all other cases (like change of mind), the customer bears the shipping cost.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Products returned after 7 days
  • Orders without a valid proof of purchase
