SHIPPING POLICY

At Hours Power, we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic health and wellness products quickly, safely, and reliably. Our logistics team works with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you on time and in perfect condition.

 

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to most PIN codes across India using reputable courier services.
  • International delivery is currently not available.

 

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, weather, natural delays, or unforeseen events.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small handling fee

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via SMS and email.
  • You can check your order’s real-time status via the courier company’s website or app.

 

6. Undelivered Orders

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact details
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

The order will be marked as “undelivered” and may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery fees may apply.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with any issue such as:

  • Packaging damage
  • Leaked or tampered product
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 support@hourspower.com  with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the parcel and affected items

We will assess and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

8. Delays Due to Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Public holidays and lockdowns
  • Strikes or transportation delays
  • Government-imposed restrictions
